MSSQL and Cisco ASA

Running on a ASA 5555X with fw 9.5.(2).5.

Problems regarding MSQL packets port 1433 from one interface to another. Packets are sometimes running smooth and fine, but 2-3 minutes later everything goes slow, and hangs for 5-6 seconds in the application using the SQL base.

When I exclude the firewall everything runs good all the time.

Have you tried disabling sql inspection on the firewall?

Doesnt that apply only to TCP1521 (Oracle) ?

I have turned of the SQL*net inspection, did not help.

Could this be a problem with TCP connection timeout limits ?
