PIX log message

Dear Pros,

Please could you explain the reason for the following pix log message. Firewall inside accessing outside (Internet) with PAT. Inside network consist of servers and PCs.

"710005: UDP request discarded from 10.70.77.5/137 to inside:10.70.77.255/netbios

-ns"

How to stop this message from appearing.

the log suggested that a broadcast for netbios-sn has been received by the pix. and by default, pix will drop any broadcast packet.

i guess it cannot be avoided, as this broadcast is generated by all windows-based host. it is used to map the computer name to the ip address, e.g. you can use a computer name to share a file etc.
