hi

the problem: CiscoWorks 2000 could not be able to discover the 2620XM and 1751!!! and it show the map with a "?" with device type (ciscoProducts.468 for 2620XM and ciscoProducts.326 for 1751)

PLZ any one have iea about this ...

Not sure what version of Campus Manager are you using. Campus Manager 3.2 with IDU 2.0 installed supports 2620XM per:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/camp_mgr/sup_dev/cm_3_2.htm but 1751 is not yet currently supported by Campus Manager 3.2
