Sourcefire 3D Device S3 Upgrade from 5.3.0.8 to 5.4.0.

Hello! Try to update for more new version my sensor.

At first I try update from System-Updates-but i see that "No new updates currently available"

Ok!I downloaded Sourcefire 3D Device S3 Upgrade (version 5.4.0-763) and upload to updade center.

After that try to install update. ([ 7%] Running script 000_start/111_FS_integrity_check.sh...) after that I have error.

I have version of sensor - 5.3.0.8, may be i need to install another version (not 5.4.0.)? Thank you!

Hello team,

I have verified the errors.

This would mean that there are multiple files in the linux directory that have name patterns that are not supported. Removing these files should solve the problem.

Hi,

Please login to the CLI of the device to give us the required logs:

cd /var//log/sf/<5.4.0 Upgrade directory>

less status.log

This will help us understand at what point the upgrade has failed.
