Hi,

Could you share the version you are running on the FMC as there are some known issues reported regarding this daemon in 5.4 version and is addressed in bug:

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCut71816/?reffering_site=dumpcr

It is because of some db connection error , if you are running 6.0 and still the issue persists then

go ahead and open a TAC case with us to check the issue further.

Rate if it helps.

Thanks,

Ankita

Hello,

Currently we are running on 6.0.0.1 version

Hi,

In that case, I would recommend you to open a TAC case so that we can analyse the db issue and assist you further.

Thanks,

Ankita

Thanks for your support raised TAC case

Hi,

Did you get a resolution for this as I am having the same issue on 6.2

Thanks

Mike

Hello Mohid,

Firstly you should confirm which is the process that got the errors . It can be any top 10 process that got exited . The best you can do is either upgrade to version 6.0.x and see if this issue persists or not.

  • Firepower System Release Notes, Version 6.0

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/60/relnote/firepower-system-release-notes-version-600.html

  • Firepower System Release Notes, Version 6.0.0.1

http:www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/60/6001/relnotes/firepower-system-release-notes-version-6001.html

  • Firepower System Release Notes, Version 6.0.1

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/601/relnotes/firepower-system-release-notes-version-601.html

If the issue persist after the upgrade to version 6 which is stable enough , then please collect the troubleshoot file and open a cisco tac request .

Rate if this answer helps you

Jetsy
