Hi,
We have our virtual FMC setup and licensed with smart server licensing. However the serial no. of the virtual FMC is reflected as none. is that normal ?

This is expected behavior. The vFMC does not need a serial number.

This Cisco Smartnet contract number can also be used to open a TAC case in the Support Case Manager (SCM) tool.
