The LSA Type 1 (Router LSA ) seems to be the most basic and simple LSA among all the LSAs OSPF , but when looking the content it plays an important role and appears more complex.
A single LSA Type 1 can have numerous links to adjacent routers, transit networks (described by the LSA Type 2), stub networks and virtual links.
