DCNM does not send emails from reports

Hello,

the DCNM does not send emails after creating reports (monitor / report).

On the other hand, e-mails are sent from event setups (Administration / Event Setup / Forwarding) - the configuration is identical to the server properties.

Is this a bug?

have you setup SMTP setup to work ?

I configured it in the server properties (see picture DCNM_SMTP1) - it doesn't work.

On the other hand, the same settings work under Administration / Event Setup / Forwarding (see figure DCNM_SMTP2).

Others are not configured.

you have set up the email, is the server allowed for email relay to send out emails with out authentication?

Yes, of course. He also does it with event reports (see DCNM_SMTP2.JPG)
