Application Timeout during HA deactivation/activation.

I have two nodes in ha config:

sometime I face application timeout issue during activation/deactivation of HA.

root@ncs# ha commands deactivate

Error: application timeout

Have tried increasing the java-vm service-timeout, it didn't help either.

root@ncs# show running-config java-vm

java-vm stdout-capture file /var/log/ncs/ncs-java-vm.log

java-vm service-transaction-timeout 600

Can someone throw some light, what's going wrong?

Any info in the NSO logs, especially the java vm log?

Is NSO processing northbound requests at the time of the activation/deactivation request?
