ESC4.0, escmanager service is going down frequently

Hi,

My esc4.0 escmanager service is going down frequently even though if I restarting the service again and again.

For your information, I'm using ESC4.0 evaluation license and I did the installation today.

Attached the error screenshot here for your reference.

Please need your help urgently as I'm working on POC setup.

Also, please clarify me, what reason these services are going down frequently.

Hi Kannan,

The service should not go down. Only in HA system, during failover, the services will be stopped on the standby. In that case, ESC will stop all the services.  Can you please provide the logs.

escadm log collect

This command should provide a consolidated log.
