My Subscriber is getting triggered at service.post_modification and there is an error on transaction apply how to push the exception to nso cli.

1. I have placed the transaction apply in try catch, but the exception is not getting triggered.

2. The same when i am capturing under service.post_modification (try catch) it's getting logged but it's not getting pushed to nso cli.

Not AFAIK, the subscriber is triggered after the service transaction. You may want to look into raising an alarm from your subscriber.
