I need your help to understand; that if NSO can help in automation of Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) in a service provider environment; like if we have multiple component of Cisco Collaboration CUCM, CUCX, PLM, CUCDM, HCMF, CPA, ExpressWay-E, ExpressWay-C, VTS.
Most of these tools give partial troubleshooting commands over CLI, but 100% manageability over GUI i.e. CUCM etc. So, how can we utilize NSO in such cases? Do we have NED available for Cisco Hosted Collaboration (HCS)?
