Currently own multiple Cisco 1921 routers which were bought from Ebay…
3 of the 4 routers were able to be reset with the standard break key sequence on Teraterm windows version using the Apple keyboard on an intel based iMac from the year of 2017. However, the 4th router was not able to be reset using the standard break key sequence. The router just boots up just like usual and then displays a message around the ending saying that the cli will be deprecated soon and pushes for RADIUS SERVER AUTHENTICATION when the server isn’t connected. Tried entering multiple usernames and passwords to see if the router could be accessed even with an AT&T fiber technician and we both had no success in trying.
here is a screenshot of the router message
hope this helps to solve the issue

I am sure you mentioned you done different device factory reset, same process
connect console : boot the device, issue break keys and post what is the message you getting, why you not able to get on to ROMMON.

Video has been watched via bing. However this solution won’t help the real issue because this is a very different terminal emulator connected to a Microsoft machine when my machine is a 2017 iMac with a windows 8.1 virtual machine. The break key sequence doesn’t work at all on boot up or even when the router decompresses the image
