In Cisco 9200L-24p can see that ports are connnected to PD (cameras)and power is allocated also..
port status is "not connected" and cameras aren't responding

Hello @jithinpnr ,
if commands like show interface x/y/z or show interface status show your port as not connected, then more than sure you have a cabling problem. Try with another patch cord.

Enable LLDP also. Not all device speaks CDP.
Now, port in notconnect has nothing to do with CDP or LLDP.
