Can you tell me what is 136.226.243.96 ?

Also, from this device you are testing, can you ping 12.12.12.1?

I believe the IP address should be 12.12.12.1  right

as per the config below

!
webvpn gateway SSLVPN_GATEWAY
ip address 12.12.12.1 port 2424
ssl trustpoint CustomerPR
logging enable
inservice

136.226.243.96  - my public ip address from where i am trying

12.12.12.1 - the customer's public ip address.

I can ping 12.12.12.1 from my laptop.

Hi Flavio, any luck ?

Nop. The log I see say:

May 11 08:24:07: %SSLVPN-5-SSL_TLS_CONNECT_OK: vw_ctx: UNKNOWN vw_gw: SSLVPN_GATEWAY i_vrf: 0 f_vrf: 0 status: SSL/TLS connection successful with remote at 136.226.243.96:24440

The connection was successful with your peer. So, seems to me the router is fine. It could be a problem on the laptop maybe.

Did you trying to reinstall the anyconnect?

Issue seems to be sporadic.. i will try reinstalling and see if that changes anything

Good.  Let me know

Installed 4.10 .. observing the connection now

Apparently, the user is not able to browse the internet after connecting to anyconnect. I have done all the possible ts that I know of.

Looks like a simple reboot of the computer fixed the issue.

Hey , glad to hear that.

In the ages of Artificial intelligence the good and old reboot still fixing the problems right?  hahaha

Good luck my friend.

ikr... hahahaa

Hey Flavio... Can you help me with an issue related to zultys phone setup?
