The objective of Global Order Management is to ensure every RMA is delivered to our customers within agreed commitment. We do it by providing and managing a comprehensive set of systems, tools and processes that meet Cisco’s guidelines. We continue to focus on the customer experience as we evolve the efficiency and ease of the service order life-cycle.

Through an on-going initiative of system enhancements driven by users like you, our primary goal is to continually improve the interface, functionality, and capabilities of Cisco Product Returns and Replacements Tool (PRR), and the other 15 tools within the Global Order Management scope.


What Does Global Order Management Do:

Cisco's Global Order Management (GOM) team is responsible for ensuring that we utilize a consistent, global model for the intake of proposed enhancements, defect resolutions, and support all training, change management and adoption/socialization.  We support all customers - internal and external, partners and any cross-functional groups within the CX (Customer Experience) team.


Commitment to Effective Change Management - Training, Socialization and Adoption:

Global Order Management Tools continues to evolve through enhancements, defect resolutions and bug fixes.  At GOM, we provide an on-going, systematic process to communicate changes for adoption, through various means of socialization including memos, training opportunities, and providing web based access to training materials and a wealth of reference materials that are available at the GOM Employee Community Wiki Page.
