Login page redirect loop

I've tried multiple times to log into open dns and every time I do it redirects to the umbrella login screen then bounces back to the open dns login screen. I've tried different browsers, clearing cache, even tried to login from another location and still getting the same loop from the login page. Anyone else having this same issue?

Having the exact same issue... Even changed my password etc.  Bounces between OpenDNS login and umbrella Cisco page.

Me too. I rebooted the desktop-modem-router. Changed my password. Nothing worked.

Same here. I called a support line. They suggested sending email to umbrella-support@cisco.com. All they would do for me.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us. We are investigating reports of an OpenDNS dashboard login loop where customers are being redirected to a Cisco (the OpenDNS parent company) login page and are unable to access their dashboards. We have alerted our engineering teams and will update you as soon as we know more.

4728470388 I am having this same issue currently.  I've tried the same things as the original poster including a password reset but still cannot login.   FWIW I logged in successfully this morning for the first time in a long time, and subsequent logins started having this issue.

Same problem.  Tried several browsers.  Edge seems to work…for now.
