Hi everyone,
I have two Catalyst C1200-48T-4X with SFP-10G-LR each.
Transceivers are recognized as they should but we get no link. We have checked the connection, administrative state is up, each switch/SFP is transmitting light and transceivers are recognized in both ends. Inserted in ge49/te1 slot.
We have verified with another switch brand and with similar SFP+ transceivers, no problem, link goes up. Optical values very good.
Anything I can missed? Are there differences between SFP slots? Anything else?

- Have you checked if the SFP model is compatible with the switch according to :

No, C1200 doesn´t show up with any 10G SFPs in that list. But Regarding to data sheet Cisco Catalyst 1200 Series Switches Data Sheet - Cisco, SFP-10G-LR is supported in C1200-48T-4X (SFP+).

- Hm , normally https://tmgmatrix.cisco.com/?npid=6094 is kind of authoritative ; from there only https://copi.cisco.com/?tpid=141 , is listed for 10G speed. If opinions vary , contact TAC ,
