ASR1001-HX Gave an alerts 

Event: subslot 0/1 transceiver 1 Rx Power Sensor,

Anyone  know  does this error a concern or what command I can use on this platfrom to check the status

 Can you run this:

show hw-module subslot 0/1 transceiver 1 status

The transceiver in slot 0 subslot 1 port 1
has been disabled because:
the port is in shutdown state

Transceiver Tx power = -40.0 dBm
Transceiver Rx optical power = -40.0 dBm

 - Could be (received) optical power too low , you may also check current thresholds with : show hw-module subslot 0/1 transceiver 1 idprom detail

the port is in shutdown state

Means the Rx (receive) of the optics is too "faint".  Check the patch cable, the fibre path and, finally, check the optics at both ends.
