Please need to know the different between Cisco adapter Cisco CVR-QSFP-SFP10G V1 “74-9474-01” and V2 “74-9474-02”

You don't have to worry on the versions, Just check the Major part number CVR-QSFP-SFP10G and check compatibility matrix and you can use it. Might be V1 & V2 will be for the manufacturing.
