GLC-SX-MMD and MGBSX1

Hi everyone,

I have an SX550X switch and in the optics compatibility matrix  it looks as MGBSX1 for the 1G SX compatibility. 

I have a couple GLC-SX-MMD sfp modules laying around an I wonder if I can use these modules with this switch. I am confused since they are not listed in the compatibility matrix.

Also if these modules are not supported, can I use them after entering "service unsupported-transceiver command"?

its not in compatibility matrix. but in practical env, i have used GLC-SX-MMD in SG300 switch. you can give a try. console will show if module is detected successfully.
