What is the difference between SFP-10G-SR-x and SFP-10G-SR?
Regarding the compatibility matrix, there are switches supported SFP-10G-SR-x and SFP-10G-SR & others support only SFP-10G-SR.

According to Cisco, it is 10GBASE-SR SFP+ Module supports multirate including 10GBASE-SR, 10GBASE-SW and OTU2/OTU2e for extended operating temperature range. Different from SFP-10G-SR,
SFP-10G-SR -X supports OTU2/OTU2e.
