2821 Hairpinning or CME and Gateway on same Router

I am having trouble running CME on the same router as my gateway. I can make calls just fine but can not recieve any calls.

I believe I am having a dial-peer issue.

Any help??

Where can't you receive calls from? The PSTN or a VoIP source?
