when trying to add a new subscriber I get the following error dialog box:
A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?
Line 2040
Error: 'Servers.GetServerByName(...)' is null or not an object

If I select no debug, some of my fields are not populated like server and mailstore.

Is this a domain rights issue or something else.

Thanks,
Bob

Is the Global Catalog (GC) server that Unity is pointed at healthy? You can find the server that Unity is pointed to in the registry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\Directory Connectors\DirSynchGlobalCatalog\1.00\Directory\DefaultGlobalCatalogServer
If this server is down or not a GC anymore you will want to edit this key so that it points at a valid GC.

We found that the DNS was messed up and we could not resolve to ourselves or others. This was fixed but we are still having issues. We have a reboot scheduled.

We do use the FQDN for the server rather than the IP address so that could cause the issue.

Fixed. It was a DNS issue and a reboot.
Thanks.
