3725 F0/0 Problems w/ conferencing

I have a cusomter with a 3725-

2 WIC-1DSU-T1V2

1 NM-HDV-FARM

1 NM-HDV-1T1

It is configured for Multilink Frame relay on the WAN.

The NM-HDV-FARM is split between transcoding and conferencing.

The NM-HDV-1T1 is terminating a PRI.

xcode and conf resources registering with SCCP, call routing is H.323 (no MGCP)

Using IOS 12.3.9

Whenever I attempt to create a conference, or use the transcoding resources the router locks up. It stops passing traffic, and will not respond to pings or telnet. I can console in and do a "no dpsfarm" to drop the DSP sessions and get it back. We have tried using different IOS (we are on 12.3.8T now) and have replaced the router chassis and the DSP Farm, neither of which solved the problem.

I have partially solved the problem by using the F0/1 interface insetead, which allows everything to work (including conf and xcode). SO the problem is definitely with the F0/0 interface (on 2 routers). I suspect an IOS bug, perhaps memory allocation or buffer issues.

I have been working with TAC and I suspect this will become an offical bug, but I was wondering if anyone else has run into this???

I believe that it's a hardware problem in both routers.
