4310 Factory Reset

On the other DMPs holding the reset down for ~20 seconds - you hear a beep and it's done a factor reset.

I've tried now several times and this doesn't seem to work on a 4310 or I must be going deaf.

It does do a factory reset but there is NO beep - is this normal?

Also can't seem to find the 4310 Manual anywhere?

Hi Marc,

I just tested in our lab and I can confirm that our 4310 doesn't beep either when we reset it to factory default.

Actually, I believe it doesn't beep for anything so it is not you that got deaf but rather the DMP that went mute

Regarding the manual, I did find a bit of info on the 4310 under the following link even though I wouldn't consider it a full blown manual:
