I have a customer that has primarily 7912 phones. Apparently most users don't know about the corporate directory because it is burried in option 5 of the four line screen. It sounds like mainly a user training issue, but my customer wanted to know if there was any way to reorder the list so that directories showed up as one of the first four options. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
