7935 Password Reset

The Default Administrator password for our 7935 was inadvertantly reset and is no longer **#. To complicate matters, it is no longer registered with CCM. I would like to put the default factory settings on it again but I cannot initiate anything. Is there a key sequence I can push to do this? or something else I could try?

TAC told me there is no way to reset the password on the 7935.

They will however replace the phone for you with a new phone. All for the low price of the cost of a new phone! ;)

This was back in May of last year, not sure if things have changed.

thanks, i called TAC a few days ago and they sent me a new phone, they did tell me the same thing.
