Will probably brick the unit... That said, what state is your unit in?

I've prev had to RMA a unit of mine that just stopped responding after a FW upgrade. There appears to be no real way of doing a factory reset on the unit like you can on the 7940/60 phones.

RMA is only good for you if the unit is still under warranty of course.
