Hi,
We periodically get a message appear on the phones says all trunks busy.
I've seen reference to this in documents not referring to phones, I just cannot find an explanation of why it appears on the phones.
I would assume CM looks after the trunks themselves, as such the phones would not know / care about them.
Suggestions please .....

I believe u get this msg when calling an external number. I've never seen/heard CM playing this msg. To me sounds more like ur telco is playing this msg.
AFAIK, CM does not even have this prompt available

The message isn't audio, it appears on the screen.
