Hello Guys,
I know Cisco has released patches for new DST for Unity and CCM.
The issue is my CCM and Unity are getting their time from NTP.
According to my understanding, NTP network time servers, they are not affected by DST since by definition NTP serves time in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) format. DST time offsets are handled by the client operating system.
Hence we will have to review the underlying client operating system settings for the CCM, Unity & Voice gateway.
Is that correct?

NTP does not care Time Zone information.
You can read more about it here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a00807ca437.shtml#ntp_implications

Hi Mirza,
You are correct. Like Mike has correctly indicated, NTP just passes off the UTC Time and you will need to perform the applicable OS changes/CCM/Unity changes as indicated. Have a look at the following;
For CCM Readme;
For Unity Field Notice;
Hope this helps!
