how can i get abbr key on 7960 phone .
or this function i have made some 70 directory entry and the 7960 phone is not showing this key or function whr i can get this.

please mention your software versions...
in cm4.1+ you can use abbrdial for speeddial entries. If you press a digit on the phone, the abbrdial softkey will show up
