7960 phone load P00306000300
When we have mulitple lines configured and users are on hold on almost all lines, we are unable to see the caller id of the person on each line and easily forget who is on which line. Is there a workaround or will it be fixed with a newer phone load,

Can you be more specfic with version of Call Manager and the fix being used.
