Is there any way how to configure 7960 Redial soft key. If i push redial key i want it to add route pattern 9 before tel number is redialed.

Yes, there's a way to do it, but it's fairly complicated and not very scalable. Find a copy of the new Cisco Press book "CallManager Fundamentals". That book explains it well. That book is a great reference.

Actually, there is a way to do it that is quite simple.
Configure your 9.@ (or whatever it is) pattern to point to a Route List which then points at a Route Group, which points to the gateway.
Instead of discarding the PreDot digits on the Route Pattern configuration, change it so the digits are discarded on the Route List configuration.
This will keep the 9 prepended in the Placed Call log as well as the redial button.
