I have several different areas where I have 7960's that are reporting that: when they are on a call, put that call on hold, and pick the call back up that after 15-20 seonds they recieve the phone companys recording of "Your call can not be completed as dialed, please hang up and try again". After the message replays a few times the call is dropped.
This problem was reported shortly after we upgraded to CM4.

There is a bug for this. CallManager opens up 2 line instances instead of one. When the second line instance timesout, you get the annunicator saying the call cannot be completed as dialed. Here is the bug ID
