We have a customer running call manager 3.3.4 the issue they are experiencing is that some of the 7960 phones we are trying to deploy the 7914 modules will not show a display when a set that has been configured as something else and its original config is deleted and its mac address is put in place of the non working 7960 it will not work but the same 7914 will come up clean with a brand new out of the box 7960 this is the first issue like this we have ever had with 7914

On the 7960, under settings is the contrast control for the sidecar. I've had several sidecars come up blank on the previously installed 7960, but when I adjusted the contrast, they could be read. One installation was a working sidecar right off of my phone. I placed it on another user's 7960 (because CISCO is a tad slow filling orders) and it showed no display. Adjusting the contrast fixed the problem.

Yes we have already tried the contrast settings but no luck thank you though

What phone load are you running on the 7960 & the 7914?
