7970 phones in CiscoWorks/CampusManager show red (IDU?)

I am now seeing 7970 phones in CiscoWorks>Campus manager>Topology with a red status. I am assuming this is because the ANI doesn't understand the device type, a IDU update is needed for the 7970s.

I can't find anything on CCO about this.

Support for the 7970 was added to ciscoworks ITM 2.0 with IDU 1:

Good to hear about ITEM support, but the question is why is Campus Manager showing these devices in red, my 7960 phones don't show up like this.
