Configuring Intercluster trunk

Dear All,

I have two cluster. I created a non-gatekeeper intercluster trunk on both side of callmanager. After that I create a route pattern on each callamanger.

However, I can dial to the IP phone on the other side.

Is there step I missed? Also, how can I confirm the intercluster trunk is setup properly?

Hi,

As long as the CallManager can ping the IP Address list in the remote CallManager address section of the ICT configuration and visa versa the ICT GW should work.

The next step is to make sure that the the Route Pattern you configured is in the CSS of the phone you are dialing from. If this looks good then Detailed CCM traces will let you know what is happening.
