Hy,
Thanks for reading.
I am wanting to study the IP Telephony Support Specialist programme.
However, there does not appear to be any 'up-to-date' (9E0-441) books/material available.
I can only find books that follow the 'older' previous track. No Cisco Press either !
How do Cisco expect us to Self Study ?
I cannot afford to self fund the course.
Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
Kind Regards
Matt

I am currently studying for this test myself. I am using my old 3.1 course book. (Should have taken the test then =) )
I am using the boson practice tests to find my "weak" areas. Then I look for any whitepapers on cisco. I don't know what else to do!
If you come across anything else post it here or email me. I just finished the CVOICE test and don't want to slow down!
I prefer the self study method myself! Cheaper and more effective for me.

I passed the needed exams for this last month, i would suggest using the outline that cisco provides about the exam. For each concept presented i read the pdfs provided through cisco's website about each topic. For example, the outline touched on the ICS 7750, i studied the user guide, admin guide, and troubleshooting guide. With E911 and such, you just need to read the docs that contain information on e911. It may take some printing, but all the information i needed was in these guides. Hands-on helped too, but i know not everyone can do that.
