abbrdial does not work

Folks,

I just configured fast dials on my callmanager system for users. Now users can go under services and see the flast dials and dial them, BUT, if they use Abbrdial button they get an error message, "number not configured" any ideas?

AbbrDial and fast dial are two seperate services.

To setup AbbrvDial click on Add/Update Speed Dial.

Under "Speed Dial Settings not associated with a phone button" add the number you wish to dial.

After this has been updated hit the corresponding speed dial number on the phone and hit the AbbrDial softkey.

AbbrDial is for your Speed Dials, not your personal fast dials. (ccm4.x)

Every IPPhone (well, at least 7912/40/60) has 99 Speed Dials, if the phone button template has Speed Dial buttons, these will have the first number of those 99.

All 99 are diallable through AbbrDial.

I only supply Speed Dials to my users now, less hassle with service subscriptions etc..

(well, these are default, so don't have to be supplied)
