Access Denied Issue When Adding User to Help Desk Role on Prime Collaboration Provisioning

Hi Guys,

 

I have this Help Desk role on Prime Collaboration Provisioning and worked out quite as expected. There are several users that are members of this role. Recently, I am adding a new user into help desk role, but when trying to logged in, the user got "You are not authorized to access this page" warning message. What I did is just added the user into the group. This error message never happened before, and only happened to a newly added member of the role. The old members are not affected.

The user is synced from AD. The system version is 12.6.3039.

 

Am I missing something when adding the user? Thank you.
