We have changed our Administrator password in AD and now our Corporate Directory button on our Phones don't work. Where do you adjust the credentials in CM for the Active Directory Connection?

That password is stored in a few different places. The best way to change the password is to re-install the AD Plugin:

Make sure to pay attention to the configuration info, for example User Search Base, to make sure it is correct. Sometimes these fields are populated with default data.
