Can I change user passwords in Callmanager if I use AD integration? Or do I have to change it in AD everytime I change passwords for users?

I think you have to do this from AD - or at least you had to on previous versions..

Correct all user account passwords are maintained in AD & have to be changed in AD. PIN's can be changed in Global Directory.
