adding services on Cisco 7965g without using call manager

Hello, 

I have a cisco 7965g Ip phone that uses free pbx. This is are testing/demo system. The phone gets all of its info from SEP00412F02EF.cnf.XML. I have a web server with a service for the phone. Is there anything that can get the web service to the phone?

as far as i know,
"web service feature" are only configurable from CUCM..
