advice of charge (AOC) and CallManager

Hi,

Has anyone configured CallManager to use AOC records from ISDN PRI interface?

PRI is controlled via MGCP and AOC records are coming thru ISDN signaling but there is no record of it on CallManager. There is no document on cisco.com which can describe how to use AOC with CallManager.

If anyone knows how to solve this please help.

Number one, you will need to configure the PRI using H.323 I believe.

Secondly, you will not find any AOC information in CallManager. The "show isdn history" command will show you AOC statistics if they exist.

In order to monitor AOC information effectively you will need an SNMP server as the AOC info is stored in an SNMP MIB.

That will make some problems for me. Are you sure that there is no other way to do this? There are 40+ gateways in network. Is there a way that gateway can send CDR with AOC info via RADIUS or SYSLOG?
