Hi,

Could anyone advise me on the below message? I am experiencing some one way voice problem intermittently, what could be the possible cause?

%CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-0-TcpCommError: Tcp Communication error. Text:EnvProcssTcpPort Shutdown Error Last Error:10038 Error Text:IPAddr UNKNOWN_PARAMTYPE:Socket Send:483ef40 App ID:Cisco CallManager Cluster ID:AGENTCCM1-Clu

Thank you,

Looks like the tcp connection between the ccm and the remote device is being shutdown. Not sure if you are looking for more than that or not.

Thank you,

Thank you Mckee,

I have 2 CCMs and a cat4006+voice gateway at one site.

I have another 3620 router with one voice card(e1) at another site.

Right now, it seems like everything is in operation, however, I keep getting this message on my syslog. What is your advise to troubleshoot this problem?

I also found that my 2 voice gateways(4006 vgwy & 3620 vgwy) are not registered with my CCM. Is that normal?

Thank you.
