Agentcfg Utility for ICM

I'm trying to use the agentcfg utility within ICM to change the names of the auto-configured agents but am getting errors. Has anyone had the same issues or used this utility before. I've read the administrators guide for 4.1.5 and have the data source file (tab delimited text file) in the format as indicated but haven't had success.

Thanks for the info. Actually, the ICM Configuration Guide is the original format that I used to load the agent configuration data in. It turns out that format that the guide suggests is actually inaccurate. I talked to a TAC engineer and he told me that it should be in this format:

2.1.1 Agent configuration data file

The input file should contain the list of all the agents configured on the ACD for that peripheral in the following format:

_ _TABLE

Agent

_ _COLUMNS

PeripheralNumberFirstNameLastNameDescriptionPeripheralName
