Announcement on forward

I have a peculiar requirement. Using CCM 4.0.

I am forwarding calls from some extensions to others( Like x to x1, y to y1 etc). This is done because some extensions are changed. The call flow is like this....Call comes from gateway, lands on IVR, caller dials the extension, get forwarded to new number.

The requirement is to provide one announcement (eg: "number is changed" ) before the forward happens.

Is it possible on CCM itself? If not, any option with IVR?

This would not be an option on CCM. YOu would need to create in IVR script to do this.
