We have a few users that have second lines. Is there a setting where if the second line is ringing, when the users go off-hook it will automatically answer the second line? Right now, the user has to press the second line to answer the line.

There is a Call Manager service parameter called "Always use Prime Line". If you set this to false then you can pick up a call on a 2nd line by going off hook, without pressing the line button.
This will affect all phones register to this call manager, i don't know of a way to only have this apply to a sspecific phone or device pool.
