Dear Sir,
We had been a master distributor for Komodo Fone in Korea by the time Komodo was acquisited by Cisco in 2000, with the acquisition Komodo KF-200 is now selling with Cisco name, called ATA 186. I found today that www.Komodofone.com is now automatically transferred to Cisco VoIP section. Before the transfer of the web page, we could contact the Komodo site for customer support, etc.
There are so many Komodo customers in the world, and we still have lots of stock units of them. I am very worried about the customer support on the sold Komodo units.
Can you please answer me the following items ?
1. Who is supporting existing Komodo products, and where?
2. Does Cisco have any plan to provide the existing Komodo customers with any techincal support or upgrade program into ATA 186?
Thank you for your feedback.

Users should obtain warranty support through their supplier according to the warranty coverage for that product. If your supplier is not available, contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at http://www.cisco.com/tac or 800 553-2447 toll-free in the United States, 408 526-7209 outside the United States.
Additional Cisco direct TAC contact numbers can be found at:

Generally from my experience, any product that was re-branded from an aquisition is supported for the remainder of the original warranty terms. If a product is not adopted by Cisco during the aquisition it is unlikely we will provide support on it. The technical assistance center will provide details and direction regarding your warranty inquiries.
I found no information on an upgrade program to a Cisco re-branded product. Please contact your local Cisco sales office or reseller for sales & product migration information. You can locate your nearest reseller from this URL:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/687/Directory.shtml or by calling Cisco at 1-800-553-NETS.
